Areas of Support
Our compassionate therapy services are designed to support children and teens who are facing difficulties with managing:
- Focus and attention at school and home.
- Managing strong emotions, such as sadness, anger, or worry.
- Building confidence in social situations and peer relationships.
- Thriving in academic settings and reaching their full potential.
- Coping with life transitions and day-to-day stress.
What To Expect
Therapy always starts with an intake session that allows the therapist to better understand the presenting concerns of a client, ask questions and create an initial course of action. The following session often consists of rapport building which will then allow for the client and therapist to discuss their concerns comfortably. A client-centred approach is the scope through which therapy takes place and looks to cater to an individual’s personal story, personality and challenges that they face.
